The proof of address is any document less than 3 months old that establishes that a person lives at the address indicated.
It must therefore be in the person's first and last name and be related to the place of residence:
- A bill for water, gas, electricity, a box subscription or a fixed telephone (as opposed to a cell phone bill which is not allowed);
- OR a property tax, housing tax or income tax notice;
- OR a proof of address proving that you are living in a hotel. It must be dated and signed by the host and accompanied by a digital copy of an identity document of the host and a bill in his or her name and at this address (water, gas, electricity, landline telephone, internet) less than 3 months old.
