Your email address, your only ID on Jenji
Your Jenji ID is your email address, it’s unique.
For safety reasons, it is not possible to change or modify this email address.
But there are other solutions. You can for example create a new account whenever you want:
- Go to the following address: app.jenji.io/#/signup ;
- Create a new account with an email address different from the account you already have.
Conditions to be met for data migration
If you would like to preserve your previous expenses, it is possible in some cases to do a data migration from an account to a new one.
This action can be undertaken:
- From a SOLO account to another SOLO account.
- From a SOLO account to a TEAM or ENTERPRISE account.
Your expenses and mileage will be fully migrated.
However, some setup you might have made before (added category, payment method or vehicle) won’t be. Before any migration, you will have to configure your new account the exact same way, so you can get all the previous data back as identical.
