For safety reasons, whether it is a Solo, Team or Enterprise plan, a user cannot delete its account by himself.

You can ask the cancellation of your Solo account and all data associated, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable from May 2018.
To do such, all you have to do is send a request by email to support@jenji.io. Please provide your Jenji ID (the email address you're using).

I have a Team plan, I am the only user
In case you have subscribed to a Team plan and would like to delete your account, we invite you first to cancel your subscription via the configuration of your account. Go to app.jenji.io - tab My subscriptions.

Note: Our support can also downgrade your account to Jenji SOLO (free version) if you want to keep using Jenji and preserve all your data.
I am an amployee linked to an organization
We invite you to contact the Admistrator of your company's Jenji account who will be able to deactivate your account.
