In the professional world, there are no specific rules on how an expense should be paid (credit card, cash, etc). Therefore, in Jenji a list of payment methods are available by default in the configuration.
Is it possible to delete payment methods that are not used?
I'm using Jenji SOLO
Payment methods cannot be deleted on a free plan.
However, here is a tip! You can choose your default settings.
To do such, go to your personnal space app.jenji.io:
- Access the Configuration by clicking on your ID displayed at the bottom of the menu.
- In your personnal settings, configure your default Payment method, Currency and Country.
This way, these fields will be automatically completed when submitting an expense. Easy, right?
I'm using Jenji TEAM / Jenji ENTERPRISE
Payment methods can be deleted on a paid plan.
The list of payment methods you would like to delete must be sent by email to email@example.com.
Take note that only payment methods that are not associated to expenses can be deleted.
