I have a Jenji Pay virtual card, where can I find its information?

A Jenji Pay virtual card has been generated in your name? Find all its information directly in your Jenji profile!

From the mobile app

• Log into the Jenji mobile app and go to your "Profile > Jenji Pay > Cards".

• Click on the virtual card to access the details.

• Click the "Display information" button (iOS) or the "eye" icon (Android).

• Your identity must be verified (biometric authentication).

• You can copy card number, expiration date and CVV. To do this, simply click on the icon of the data of your choice.

From the web app

• Go to app.jenji.io.

• Access your "Profile" by clicking on the user icon located at the top right of the menu bar.

• Click on the "Jenji Pay Cards" tab.

• Go to the "Virtual cards" tab and click on the 3 dots icon to display information.

• The card number, CVV and validity date are displayed. You can click the "Copy card number" button.
