Has your company subscribed to a paid plan and/or to the Archiving option with probative value? Invoices are automatically generated and will be available directly through your Jenji account.
How to access invoices?
As the Administrator of your company's Jenji account, go to the web application at app.jenji.io.
- Access Settings by clicking at the top right.
- In the Subscription
- Go to the Invoices
Your invoices are available by clicking on the download icon.
Are you using the Jenji Team plan? How do I understand the pricing?
Jenji Team is invoiced at €5 per month per active user. A user is considered ‘active’ once they have declared and/or modified at least one expense in Jenji during the month (whatever the user profile). The number of entries and/or actions carried out during the month is then unlimited, with no impact on the price.
