Edit my client's expenses

Edit an expense in 'waiting' or 'accepted' state

From the Expenses > Team tab:

  • Use the filters or the search bar to easily find the expense to correct.
  • Click on the title of the expense to edit.

The expense is displayed.

If the expense has already been exported in Accounting or Reimbursement, then the Due Amount will show up at the bottom of the information screen.

The refundable and due amounts will be visible there; and if an advance applies to the expense, then the amount covered by the advance will also be displayed, along with the amount left to reimburse in yellow.


  • Click Edit and enter the desired information.
  • Click Save


If the expense is in a Compliant or Accepted state, the decision(s) must first be cancelled.

  • Click on the button(s): Cancel Compliant / Cancel Accepted
  • Edit the desired information.
  • Repeat any approval step(s).

Edit an expense in a 'reimbursed' or 'accounted' state

Access the expense from the My Expenses > Team tab.

  • Click on Edit
  • Edit the incorrect field.
  • Click on Save


Non-modifiable fields of an expense in the Reimbursed state:

  • Total including tax
  • Currency
  • Payment method
  • Distance and Vehicle (for mileage expenses)


Non-modifiable fields of an expense in the Accounted/Closed state

  • Total including tax
  • Total excluding tax
  • Currency
  • Category
  • Payment method
  • Country
  • Date
  • Distance and Vehicle (for mileage expenses)
