I don't receive exports requested via the mobile app


Paying attention to the period selected

 

It is possible to generate expense and mileage reports through the mobile app. 
 

Exports are sent by email (check your spam folder in case).
 

Exports are also available at any time in your personnal space app.jenji.io in the tab Exports.
You can either download the report or use the sharing link to forward the document to another person, your accountant for instance.
 

If your export request was not generated, this can be explained by the fact that you have no expenses declared for the selected period.
