Blurry picture, focus issue, camera latency, what can I do?


The native camera application: a solution to blurred photos

 

In case of unusual behaviour from the camera - which may be encountered on Android phones - we invite you to switch to the mobile native camera.  
 

  • From your dashboard, click on your Profile via the button at the top right.

  • Select Use external camera application

  • Click on Add.
  • Click on Scan a receipt.
  • Take a photo of your receipt.
