How do I retrieve my subscription invoices?


The invoices for your subscription (Jenji Team, Jenji Enterprise, Archiving with probative value option) are automatically generated in your account.
 

  • Go to your personal web space at app.jenji.io.
  • Access Settings by clicking at the top right of the screen.
  • In the Subscription menu on the left of the screen, go to the Invoices
  • Your invoices are available by clicking on the download icon.
